Phishing: what is it and how to report it?

Phishing: maybe you have experienced it yourself. You're surfing on a familiar website, when suddenly a pop-up appears on the screen. Or when you receive an e-mail. Always with a pleasant message. You've won a smartphone at Proximus! And all you have to do is claim the prize. Unfortunately, this is what is called phishing. Too good to be true, and pure scam.
