We recommend that you download Norton via MyProximus. You can easily install Norton on the mobile, tablet or computer you want to protect.

You have a new mobile, tablet or computer and want to keep your Norton Security? No worries, it’s a flexible solution. In a few steps, you can transfer one of your licenses to the new device, purchase an extra license and also cancel an existing license.

You ordered Norton Security (1 or 5) and downloaded Norton directly from the Norton website, App Store or Play Store? Then you will have to enter your product key (once) to use the app once it’s installed. It’s a combination of 13 digits and letters you’ll find in MyProximus.
Nice to know: you do not need this key if you download Norton via MyProximus.

Is Norton displaying a warning message saying that your device is no longer protected, even though your subscription is still active? Is Norton asking you to activate the product, even though you have already done so? You’ll need to reinstall Norton.

Sometimes legitimate connections from your provider or other parties may also be detected or blocked. You will see the message "Proximus attacks" or "Skynet attacks".
