Yes, if you add a second plan to your Business Flex pack, you will receive a discount based on the new plan chosen. Yes, this is possible for both new and existing customers, depending on the current promotion, stock availability and the eligibility procedure (linked to maximum 5 combined offers with a smartphone).
There are several possibilities: you can order it online, in a Proximus store or with the help of a Business Expert by appointment.
If you regularly work with the USA, Switzerland and/or Canada, the Business Mobile International mobile plan will correspond to your needs.
If you regularly communicate with other countries, the Business Mobile Comfort, Business Mobile Maxi & Business Mobile International mobile plans have the Bizz International option or we have "roaming" options that allow you to pay less for your occasional communications.
Call to all countries at preferential rates with the Bizz International option:
Customers with a mobile subscription or prepaid card are automatically given the option to make mobile payments.
This option allows you to purchase third-party services, such as a subscription to streaming services, a digital magazine, purchases on game consoles, e-books, parking or train tickets, paid applications in an app store, etc. The maximum value per transaction is €50.
Your purchases are linked to your mobile number and can be consulted in the usage section via the Proximus+ app.
The settlement of your purchases takes place together with the settlement of your Proximus products and services. The overview of your purchases is listed in the section “Details of your statement for third-party services”, which is added as an attachment to your Proximus bill or statement.
Your standard monthly budget is set at €100 and can be adjusted via the Proximus+ app to a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €250. You can also choose to deactivate or reactivate this option free of charge via the Proximus+ app.
Promotion valid until 03/05/2025 for every new Business Mobile subscription (not valid in the case of a change from an existing subscription to one of these subscriptions): receive for 12 months a discount on the monthly price of the chosen subscription. If the basic price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price will also increase by the same amount. Offer cannot be combined with other current promotions or the combined offer of a smartphone with subscriptions.

The service is conditioned to a non-abusive use, with due diligence ". Proximus therefore reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in the event of use in excess of 300 GB/month.
