International Calls & SMS = International Calls & SMS+:

  • The minutes and texts are valid during the billing period. Unused minutes or texts are not carried over to the next month. Activation and deactivation is free of charge and possible at any time.
  • The minutes are not valid for calls to satellite or maritime networks and calls to special numbers (calls not between employees), nor for texts sent to special services, nor to MMS messages. With each call, minutes are used per second as from the 61st second. Usage exceeding the volume included in the option along with calls to special numbers abroad are charged at the rate of your rate plan, more info.
  • To activate the International Calls & SMS option, Pay&Go customers must have at least €4.99 (incl. VAT) of credit on their card. International Calls & SMS + not possible for prepaid cards.

General conditions for Free Calls International

Free calls from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays and around the clock on weekends and public holidays to landlines and mobile numbers in most European countries and Morocco, Turkey, United States and Canada.

Option valid only for a fixed telephone on a Phone Line. Limited to 2,000 minutes per month. Only one option per customer and only for personal use in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus. Cannot be combined with other options granting discounts on international calls.

The numbers in Morocco starting with 526, 527, 533, 534, 540, 546, 547, 550, 553, 600 and 892 (preceded by land code 212) are not landlines numbers and are charged at the same rate as calls to mobile numbers.

Are not included: Bahamas, Barbados, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Martinique, Netherlands Antilles, Puerto Rico, Réunion.

Calls to all countries of the world will be billed by the second after the 1st min, without connection charges.
