There are several solutions
You usually get an HDCP error message because a hardware problem is preventing your device from playing copyright-protected content: a cable, the screen or the computer do not comply with the HDCP standard.
What can you do?
Hardware configurations vary widely and it is impossible to provide a single solution. Try these different solutions:
- Restart your device.
- If you are watching Pickx on a computer, follow these settings:
- Operating system: Windows 7 (or higher) or Mac OSX 10.6 (or higher).
- Browser: Chrome, Firefox 56, Safari 15 or higher.
- Update your browser.
- Check that your screen is connected to your device (TV Box or computer) using an HDMI cable, rather than a VGA or Scart/Peritel cable.
- Use another screen, computer or HDMI cable.
- Watch your programme with a TV Box, the Proximus decoder.
