If you are already a beneficiary of the existing social rate, the new scheme has no direct impact on you, and you can continue to enjoy various discounts on your internet or bundle subscription.

As a reminder, these discounts include:

• 50% discount on installation fees for an internet or fixed-line connection.
• Up to €8.40 per month off the price of an internet, fixed-line, or mobile phone subscription.
• €3.10 per month off any potential out-of-bundle consumption.

However, starting from March 1, 2024, these discounts will be discontinued if:

• You change your subscription.
• You switch to a different operator.
• You move your services to a different address.
• The subscription you have is no longer offered.

These discounts may also be discontinued if you are no longer eligible for the social rate.
