• TV channel order: If you've changed the order of your channels, you'll need to redo this customized numbering after the software update. Don't panic: it's easy and straightforward if you do it on Pickx.be. The change will be automatically visible on your TV Box, Pickx app & Pickx.be. We'll show you how.
• My favourites: if you have added a favourite channel or programme to the list of favourites, you must do so again. We'll show you how.
• Are all your recordings not visible right away yet? Don't worry, it can take up to 24 hours after the software update before they all reappear in the recording list.
