I don't have a cable

  • Normally, the phone cable comes with your device. Is this not the case?
    Find the nearest Proximus ShopOpens a new window or DIY store and ask for:
    • Analog phone: a telephone cable with two RJ11 plugs.
    • IP phone: an Ethernet cable with two RJ45 plugs.
  • Do you have a wireless DECT HD phone (e.g. Twist 40 HD)? You can connect up to 4 DECT handsets to your b-box 3V+:
    1. Connect the power supply cord.
    2. Put the handset in pairing mode as described in the manual.
    3. Press and hold the DECT & WPS button on your b-box 3V+ until the light flashes.
    4. The DECT & WPS light will stop flashing once the process is complete.
    5. Your phone is now connected.
