Order your Internet Box via MyProximus app

  1. Open the Proximus+ app and tap MyProximus. Don’t have Proximus+ yet? Open the MyProximus app
  2. Tap on Products  .
  3. Scroll down to Smart Wi-Fi  and tap on Wi-Fi network.

    The app may ask you to enable Smart Wi-Fi. Follow the procedure. After activating the Smart Wi-Fi, close the app, then reopen it and go back to the Wi-Fi network.

  4. Tap Order new Internet Box  .
  5. Check your wi-fi name and password. Tap    to display your password. You can change them by going to Change your credentials.
    1. No login details are shown: Click on Change your credentials and type in the login details of your choice or your current login details, shown on the back of your b-box. The network name is next to 2.4 GHZ. The password is next to WiFi Key or Wireless Key.
    2. The credentials are not correct: Click on Change your credentials and type in the credentials you want.
  6. Press Order. Follow the steps of the ordering process.
