Go to MyProximus web of app or open your Proximus e-mail if you’ve received.

Activate via MyProximus

1. Go to MyProximus, then to Products > TV > Options > Disney+ / Pickx All Stars / Pickx All Stars & Sports.
2. Click on the activation button. The Disney+ site opens.
3. Create your Disney+ identifiers (e-mail and password). If you already have a Disney+ account, enter your identifiers.

If you need your Disney+ customer number, it can also be found in MyProximus, in Products > TV > Options > Disney+ / Pickx All Stars / Pickx All Stars & Sports.

1. Open the Proximus+ app and tap MyProximus. Don’t have Proximus+ yet? Open the MyProximus app. Go to Products > TV > Options > Disney+ / Pickx All Stars / Pickx All Stars & Sports.

Activate via e-mail

1. Click on the activation link in the e-mail (valid for 3 months after receiving the e-mail). This will prompt a page from Proximus regarding the activation of your Disney+ account.
2. Click on the activation button. The Disney+ site opens.
3. Create your Disney+ identifiers (e-mail and password). If you already have a Disney+ account, enter your identifiers.

Can I share my Disney+ subscription?

A Disney+ subscription can be shared with members of the same family or household.

• Family members must live at the same address.
• The devices (TV, smartphone or computer) of family members must be used in your main residence.
• Are you a member of the family or household but at a different address? Then you can request a vacation code by e-mail from the subscriber. With this vacation code, you can temporarily (for 14 days) enjoy Disney+ wherever you are.

People who do not belong to the same household or family must take out a new subscription or activate a Pickx TV option (Disney+, All Stars or All Stars & Sports).
