  1. Check the Bpost confirmation e-mail for the barcode (e.g. 323212031559965193411234).
  2. Visit the bpost websiteOpens a new window .
  3. In the Barcode field, enter your barcode and in the Postal code field, enter your postal code (e.g. 1000). Click on the red arrow button next to it.
  4. You will now see the status of your delivery on top of the page. Click Track & Trace activity for more information.
