We cannot provide technical support for a fiber modem that is not supplied by Proximus.

We recommend reconnecting the Proximus fiber modem by following these steps:

1. Connect it to the fiber.
2. Plug it into the WAN port of the Internet Box using an Ethernet cable.
3. Connect it to a power outlet.
