Check the power cable of the Internet Box

  1. Please make sure that the power cable is plugged in on both sides (socket side and Internet Box side).

    Internet Box via DSL
    Internet Box connected to a DSL socket
    Internet Box via fiber
    Internet Box connected to a fiber modem

  2. Then try to start the Internet Box again: the Broadband/Internet LEDLED must be on.
