Mobile telephony

Prices incl. VAT valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) in the EU Zone* (from Belgium to Belgium and from the EU Zone to the EU Zone and Belgium), except for value added services (eg special numbers, third-party services). Data usage is calculated per KB. Unused MB included in the bundle are not carried over to the next month.

The mobile subscriptions give you access to the following Proximus networks in the covered areas in Belgium and with a compatible device:

5G: the 5G network is only accessible in covered areas and is subject to compatible device and subscription. The “estimated maximum speed” is the maximum speed that users can expect to achieve at different locations in the coverage area under realistic conditions. This maximum value results from measurements on the whole national territory. The “optimal maximum speed” is the speed that can be achieved under optimal usage conditions. Internet (data):  if the customer surfing at reduced speed wants to continue surfing at maximum speed, it is possible to purchase a data boost option via Proximus+ or by contacting customer service.

Normal and personal use of the Service by the Customer and unlimited use The service is conditioned to a personal, non-abusive use, with due diligent. As part of the unlimited offers, in Belgium and the EU Zone, Proximus therefore reserves the right to limit or suspend the service in the event of use in excess of more than 10,000 SMS/month or 500 SMS/day or sending SMS to more than 250 different recipients per month or in the event of regular calls of more than 6h/day and/or 30h/week. Regarding unlimited mobile data usage, they are subject to a reasonable usage policy. In Belgium and the EU Zone*, the customer can surf up to 400 GB/month at maximum speed and then the speed is reduced (max 512 Kbps).

*EU Zone countries in which the mobile subscriptions are valid: Aland Islands (Finland), Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino (French Antilles), Saint-Barthelemy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

TV

Pickx app for TV customers with a Proximus+ account, for use in Belgium via Proximus Internet (fixed and mobile). TV guide accessible to all Internet users.   TV customers also have access to TV content with the exception of Partner offers via the Proximus Pickx app and proximuspickx.be with a Proximus+ account. Apple TV 4K 128GB: When you select Apple TV as part of a pack, you are also entitled to an Android TV box at no extra cost.

Netflix: Service offered by Netflix International B.V.. Proximus offers a technically simplified access to Netflix via the TV Box. Follow the instructions on www.proximus.be/iwantnetflix to activate your Netflix streaming subscription or to link your existing account. The general conditions of Netflix apply: www.netflix.com/termsofuse. The price of the Netflix subscription is mentioned on the Proximus bill. The Standard TV bundle includes a subscription for 2 screens. On request: 4 screens (€5 more/month). Proximus reserves the right to prolong the offer.

Disney+: With Disney+ Standard included in your TV pack, you can stream on 2 screens simultaneously with Full HD 1080p image and Stereo 5.1 sound quality. If you want to stream on 4 screens simultaneously with better image and sound quality, you can upgrade to Disney+ Premium for €4/months extra (TVA included). The price of the Disney+ subscription will be included on your Proximus bill. Pickx TV by Proximus provides technically simplified access to Disney+ via the Android TV Box. The Disney TV option and the simplified access are provided throughout the validity period of the contract with Disney and are subject to changes imposed by Disney. The Proximus Terms and Conditions and Pricelist & tariffs apply. Only one subscription per customer. Only for Proximus Pickx TV customers. This action cannot be combined with other Proximus promotions. To use Disney+, a Disney+ account is required. The user must accept Disney+ terms and conditions. Disney+ is an independent data controller of the personal data of Disney+ subscribers. Access to Disney+ is subject to the activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. Share my Disney+ subscription? A Disney+ subscription may be shared with people from the same family or household. The family members must live at the same address. The devices (TV, smartphone, or PC) of the family members must be used in your primary residence. People who do not belong to the same household or family must apply for a new Disney+ subscription or order a Pickx TV option (Disney+, Pickx All Stars, & Pickx All Stars & Sports) if they do not yet have a Disney+ subscription with Proximus. To enjoy Disney+ content via your Proximus Android TV Box (in recommended apps section of the navigation TV menu), you must have the Proximus Android TV decoder. Pickx Sports / Pickx All Stars & Sports: In addition to this subscription, an extra subscription with Eleven Sports is mandatory to broadcast the Eleven Pro League channels in a Horeca establishment. More info: https://b2b.elevensports.be.

TV Replay: TV Replay is free for all existing TV customers who opt for a Flex+ pack. The availability of programs and TV Replay depends on the television channels and the permissions they have or don't have to operate the program in question. Also available on computer, tablet and smartphone via the Pickx app. The list of channels available in TV Replay on TV and the Pickx app, along with the special terms and conditions, can be read on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. 

Proximus Android TV Box: Included only for new Flex+ customers who do not already have a Proximus TV Box. Offer always subject to stock availability.

Fixed Internet

Fixed Internet speed: the actual speed experienced depends on the computer system, but also in exceptional cases, on general use. Your surfing speed may also be slower, while using Wi-Fi. Go to proximus.be/internetspeed to discover the surfing speed in your home.

Best fixed Internet performance (fiber): results from the 2024 fixed connections barometer published on 13/01/2025 by the independent company nPerf. Mega Fiber 500 Mbps: the maximum usable speed is up to 500 Mbps in download and 500 Mbps in upload for all devices in the home network together. Mega Fiber customers benefit from Wi-Fi 6 technology included in the Internet Box. The unlimited data volume is valid for a personal and normal use, see the General Terms and Conditions. Giga Fiber 2 Gbps: the maximum usable speed is up to 2 Gbps in download and 2 Gbps in upload for all devices in the home network together. Giga Fiber customers benefit from Wi-Fi 6E technology included in the Internet Box+. These maximum speeds can only be achieved by using the following technologies:

• Category 6A RJ45 network cables.
• 10 Gbps network card or 10 Gbps Thunderbolt 3 adapter.

The customer is entitled to an Internet Box+ and a maximum of 2 Wi-Fi Boosters with a Flex Giga Fiber pack. The Wi-Fi Boosters are always on request or at the initiative of the technician and for use in Belgium only. It also includes a landline with unlimited calls to landlines and 1000 minutes/month to mobile phones in Belgium 24/7.

Ultra Fiber 10 Gbps: the maximum usable speed is up to 8.5 Gbps in download and 8 Gbps in upload for all devices in the home network together. Ultra Fiber customers benefit from Wi-Fi 6E technology included in the Internet Box+. These maximum speeds can only be achieved by using the following technologies:

• Category 6A RJ45 network cables.
• 10 Gbps network card or 10 Gbps Thunderbolt 3 adapter.

The unlimited data volume is valid for a personal and normal use, see the General Terms and Conditions. The optical data rate is 10 Gbps/s for an XGS-PON fiber connection. The difference between optical and data transfer speeds is due to the fact that part of the bandwidth is reserved for technical protocols guaranteeing end-to-end transmission quality.

Modem: A modem is included in each Flex+ pack. Flex+ Go: Bbox3V+ with Wi-Fi 5; Flex+ Mega Fiber: Internet Box with Wi-Fi 6; Flex+ Giga/Ultra Fiber: Internet Box+ with Wi-Fi 6E

Wi-Fi Boosters: You can combine Flex+ Go, Mega Fiber and Giga Fiber with a Wi-Fi Booster V2 with Wi-Fi 6 technology at a rental price of € 3/month. You can combine a Flex+ Ultra Fiber pack with a Wi-Fi Booster+ with Wi-Fi 6E technology at a rental price of € 7/month.

Installation: always free installation when choosing for DIY installation. Installation by Proximus technician: € 79. Technician installation will be free of charge when DIY installation is not technically possible and intervention by Proximus technician is required or when a temporary promotion is applied on this installation method.

Landline telephony 

Unlimited calls: only for normal and personal use and in accordance with Proximus' General Terms and Conditions.

Unlimited calls nationally: unlimited landline-to-landline calls (voice telephony) in Belgium around the clock. 1,000 call minutes for landline calls (voice telephony) to all mobile numbers in Belgium during peak and off-peak hours; after these 1,000 call minutes the customer calls at preferential rates. NB: these conditions do not apply to special numbers (070, 077, 09xx, 1xxx) and Internet numbers. View the out-of-bundle rates via this price list.

"Free calls international" option: 2000 minutes/month of free calls during off-peak hours (between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.) and during weekends, for international calls from your landline to landline and mobile numbers (excluding mobile numbers in Morocco and Turkey) of the following destinations: Andorra, Austria Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, United States, Canada and landlines in Morocco and Turkey, from the telephone number given by the customer at the time of subscription, excluding 64k data connections on ISDN lines, special and premium-rate numbers (non-geographic numbers such as 070x, 09xx, 1xxx, etc.) View the out-of-bundle rates via this price list. Maximum 1 option per customer. Cannot be combined with other options that offer discounts on international calls;

Calls to all other countries in the world are billed per sec after the 1st min, without connection charge.
