You pay with your mobile subscription car park tickets, apps, music, games, third parties etc.? You can control your budget via MyProximus by configuring your monthly purchasing limit or you can stop this payment option.

You can limit mobile payments by:
- turning off the payment option completely
- limiting the amount per month
It is not possible to allow certain services and not to allow others.
You can configure this for your own mobile number and for all the numbers you manage in MyProximus.
What do you need:
- Download or open the Proximus+ app and verify if you have included your mobile, internet or TV . If you can’t access Proximus+ yet, open your MyProximus app or the MyProximus website.
- You need to be registered and logged in with an account as administrator , so you can see your bills.
- If you manage multiple accounts, switch to the correct one.
