How do you adjust your limit for mobile payments?

You pay with your mobile subscription car park tickets, apps, music, games, third parties etc.? You can control your budget via MyProximus by configuring your monthly purchasing limit or you can stop this payment option.

You can limit mobile payments by:

  • turning off the payment option completely
  • limiting the amount per month

It is not possible to allow certain services and not to allow others.

You can configure this for your own mobile number and for all the numbers you manage in MyProximus.

What do you need:

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Proximus+ app and tap MyProximus. Don’t have Proximus+ yet? Open the MyProximus app.
  2. Tap  Products.
  3. Select your mobile number and tap Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Other and tap on Mobile payments.
  5. Tap  Edit, choose your personal monthly purchase limit and confirm by tapping Save.
    If you don't want to be able to make any more mobile payments, tap Deactivate, checkmark the terms and conditions and tap Remove.
  1. Click on the button below and log in to MyProximus.

  2. Click on your mobile number.
  3. Scroll down to Other and click on Mobile payments.
  4. Under Your maximum amount per month, choose your personal monthly purchase limit and confirm by clicking Save.
    If you don't want to be able to make any more mobile payments, click on Cease, checkmark the terms and conditions and click Remove.
