Calls and texts: Outside Belgium, the rate of calls and texts to special numbers (including local 0800 numbers) depends on the fees charged by the foreign operator. The national rate does not apply for such calls and texts.

How do you recharge a Pay&Go card?
You want to recharge your prepaid Proximus Pay&Go card? You can recharge your prepaid Pay&Go card in a number of different ways.
- You can recharge your card online in a few clicks.
- The easiest and quickest way to recharge your card is to go on the Proximus+ application.
- You can also recharge your card in a Proximus Shop.

All you do is replace "Recharge code" with the 13-digit code appearing on your recharge card. - The minimum amount for a Pay&Go recharge is € 5.
