Free mobile loan and repair
If your phone is lost, stolen or broken, you can borrow a smartphone free of charge for a month while yours is being replaced or repaired.
And that's not all! You can have your smartphone repaired in our stores without an appointment. You'll receive a text message or e-mail as soon as the repair is done.

Facing an urgent technical problem? Our agents will answer you until 10pm! For all other cases, our line is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and at weekends from 9am to 5.30pm. If you call outside opening hours, you can always leave your number so that we can call you back.
